BROCATO DESIGN + CO
the Team

Juli Brocato
Founder & Principal Designer
My name is Juli Brocato and I'm the owner and principal Designer here at Brocato Design + Co. I'm a graduate from Florida State University and spent a decade working in the Performance Arts where I lived in Los Angeles, New York City, and touring the country soaking in all the beauty that inspires many of my designs today.
As a lifelong artist and creative to my core, I founded Brocato Design + Co. in 2015 so that I could share my passion for design by serving others with an artistic sensibility towards creating lived-in luxury in their homes.
Creating beautiful spaces for my clients and building a business around a lifelong passion has truly been my dream job. I am a proud member, in good standing, of the Interior Design Society at the Professional Level. In addition to Interior Designer, I’m the wife of a handsome Italian (who doesn’t speak a lick of Italian), a mama to 2 rambunctiously precious boys, fur mama to two adorable girls, a singer, and an avid pickle ball player!
Lauren Valentine
Marketing Manager & Administrative Assistant
My name is Lauren Valentine and I manage the digital content for Brocato Design + Co. I’m the gal behind-the-scenes documenting all the beautiful spaces created by the designers at BD + Co. I also oversee all of our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.
I absolutely love that my job is about connection and creativity. I truly enjoy capturing all parts of the design process and showing the journey from the “before” to the “after” of a project.
Since the beginning of 2022, I have taken on other roles at BD+Co- client interaction, scheduling, and helping manage projects to keep the work flowing. Occasionally you’ll hear from me somewhere along the process!
My favorite part of working at BD+Co is showing the behind-the-scenes action of life at BD+Co: Real life, fun, creative, hard-working women doing what we all love.

Megan Cochran

Purchasing Manager
My name is Megan and I am a proud spouse of a US Marine retired veteran and mother of five.
As Brocato Design + Co’s Purchasing Manager, I ensure the smooth operation of our client’s project milestones and deliverables. I handle client accounts, procurement, and project management.
As a child, I loved designing my own room to the extent that my parents would ask what "theme" was my room for the day. My creative side continued as an adult as my children and I love DIY projects -- on the weekends you can find us working on a Pinterest project.
Working alongside Juli and her team has been amazing! Her work resonated with me in more ways than one. Brocato Design + Co. is truly your go-to interior design pick!
Fabiano Rossini
Lead Installer
My name is Fabiano Rossini and I'm the lead of Installation here at Brocato Design + Co. Originally from Cordoba Argentina, I began studying electricity and electronics there and wired an entire house at the age of 15. I moved to the US in 2004 with my wife, Mariela, and our two daughters. From 2004-2010 I lived in Brooklyn, NY, learning handyman skills while working for a Home Improvement Company. There, I focused on Kitchen and Bath remodeling until 2010 when I moved to VA and went out on my own.
I enjoy working with Brocato Design + Co because they are organized, kind people and I like their creativity and professionalism. Juli makes everyone feel part of the team. She puts great and contagious energy into every project, and to see the happiness of her clients when they see the final project is priceless!
In my spare time I practice saxophone as well as some piano and violin. I enjoy riding my bike and going for walks with my dear wife of 25 years and our two sweet young ladies.

Alex Jacob
Jr. Designer
My name is Alex Jacob, and I am a Junior Designer with Brocato Design + Co. I graduated with my nursing degree but creating beautiful spaces has always been my niche.
While I have loved being a nurse, the creative side of me has always been knocking on my door. Design has led me to help friends and family with their homes and allowed me to help others in a “different" way than nursing has, by creating a space that makes people happy.
This pushed me to take the leap into classes and make a career out of design! I have found that creating interiors has fulfilled all of my passions- helping others, seeing them smile, and creating something beautiful. I can’t wait to help you love the space you’re in!
