Kitchen at Quimby Oaks: Out of the Dark
I mean, don't get me wrong... there's pretty much NOTHING ugly about a single home in the Willowsford community... I'd say it's more a matter of preference in taste that determines what stays or goes. So while this "before" shot is far from hideous, it just felt a bit too dark and masculine for my clients who wanted something far more "light, bright, and airy". But for the sake of making things sound dramatic, we'll refer to this "travesty" as the dungeon.
Out of the Dark
Honestly these next images don't even need much of an introduction. They're just so pretty! We painted the cabinets in Benjamin Moore's Decorator's White (my go-to fave for white cabinets!), used a herringbone pattern for large white tiles with light grey grout, used quartz counters with a gentle veining from MSI, brought in gorgeous pendants from Serena and Lily (honestly these images don't do them justice, they are huge and wonderful!), and found these beautiful navy counter stools at Arhaus. Now, I'm just gonna hush so you can take it all in! Enjoy!
